The next Cochin meetup is right around the corner. One of the main questions to ask here is what kind of meetup is this? Is it a twitter meetup, a Cochin bloggers meetup or a <insert a web-2.0 social-media another-buzzword site> meetup? The answer is - we have no clue. We honestly don't know.
The next Cochin meetup is right around the corner. One of the main questions to ask here is what kind of meetup is this? Is it a twitter meetup, a Cochin bloggers meetup or a <insert a web-2.0 social-media another-buzzword site> meetup? The answer is – we have no clue. We honestly don’t know. People are calling it one and the other. Finally, we decided that this will be an open meetup. Anyone can join in if they can handle 1 to 2 hours of continuous geek-talk.

If you are still interested, and not running for the hills like all the ‘muggles’ who saw the last line, here is the necessary info…

Date : June 14th, 2009(Sunday)

Time : 4 PM IST(Indian Stretchable Time)

Venue: Barista, Bay Pride Mall, Cochin

We will try to live tweet the event – as we have been trying to do for all the previous events. But our update frequency and quantity will depend on the availability of WiFi in the meeting place. And if history is any indicator, getting a working WiFi in our meetup is as difficult as posting 200 character tweet. Anyway, we’ll try.
